Overview
This
three-day course originally developed closely with Tony
Byrne has now evolved to provide UK recruiters with
a proactive and effective system for running a powerful
desk. Delegates will be taught how to qualify candidates
and job orders, together with key recruitment skills
such as fee negotiation, candidate marketing, counter
offers and starting a desk from scratch.
Who Should Attend
This
course is designed for new recruitment consultants or
consultants who would benefit from a refresher course
to permanent recruiting as an end to end process.
