Discus Team is a unique software package that takes DISC to the next step in its evolution. Now, for the first time, a DISC system can understand and interpret not only individual DISC profiles, but also their interactions with one another.

Discus Team can analyse teams with any number of members, providing everything from specialised reports on individual working relationships to general analyses for teams of any size. It also has the facility to find ideal additions to a team, and can even create entirely new teams suited to specific tasks automatically.

Discus Team makes team building as easy as clicking the mouse. DISC profiles from the Discus database can be combined and recombined in seconds to either model an existing team or develop a new one. It makes team analysis easy too, with an enormous range of reporting tools.

Discover the main motivators within the team, the most important relationships, the relative importance of different DISC factors, and much more besides. This makes it possible to create and analyse any combination of behavioural styles in, literally, a matter of seconds. Discus Team has been designed to make it easy to experiment with different combinations of individuals to find the optimum team selection.

The software's team analysis features provide a wealth of detail on the team's operational style, starting with a comprehensive overview of the team's approach. The report also includes an analysis of significant working relationships within the team. Where the team has one of its members designated as the team's leader (this is entirely optional), Discus Team will provide extra information covering that member's leadership style, and the needs of the other members from their leader.

As well as reporting on the team as a whole, the software has a reporting suite given over entirely to analysing individual relationships within a group. This can interpret strengths and potentials within a working relationship, as well as possible areas of conflict, and report on these in plain language.

This relationship analysis is sensitive to the roles of individual members; where one of these members occupies a leadership role, the report is adapted to take this important element of the relationship fully into account.

A particularly powerful tool within Discus Team is the Team Profiler utility, which extends the power of Discus Team even further. Given a basic description of a team's requirements, it can search an entire database of DISC profiles to find the ideal combination of individuals, automatically.
Discus Team integrates completely and seamlessly with the Discus software: all DISC profiles and Job Profiles held within Discus' database are automatically available to Discus Team. Indeed, the integration between the two packages is so close that Discus Team relies upon Discus to operate.
