Course OverviewThis 4-day inhouse programme has been specifically created to ensure that recruiters have the skills to grow their business in tough economic conditions. The programme begins by focusing on the necessity to manage candidates and clients through the recruitment process whilst maintaining as much control as possible at every stage. Delegates are then taught to develop strategies for developing and retaining existing accounts as well as structuring intelligent new business development calls. Throughout the programme, delegates are encouraged to act as genuine business consultants, identifying key problems faced by their client-base and understanding the appropriate solutions that they are able to offer.
