“Recruiting
Excellence”
Objectives
As
a training provider we are, more often than not,
utilised in a reactive manner. What is more, due
to the cost involved in outsourcing training, we
are never used frequently enough. The old adage, ‘to
know and not to do, is not to know’ was never
more true and the best way to ensure classroom
training is transferred to the desks and the bottom
line is to train often, to train the basics and
to be consistent.
We are aware that using us for weekly training
sessions is just not feasible, and so we put our
minds to
thinking of a more effective, long term solution
to a recruitment firm’s training needs. We
came up with the ‘Recruiting Excellence – Training
Solution’. With this programme, a firm will
be able to utilise their own internal resources
(their managers) to deliver regular short training
sessions built around the proven principals which
we train to the market.
This system will sit best as a regular revisiting
of topics that have been taught on our standard
courses, but could also be used totally stand alone.
It will also provide all necessary support and
resources required.
Modules will cover:
