The conversations you have with the candidate, along with their CV, will be the primary sources of information when creating a candidate profile, however, don’t be lazy! There are so many sources made available to you through the internet so make sure that you explore other information sources– Google their name, LinkedIn, trade articles, colleagues, your database notes, informal references. This can help you build a depth of research that you can use to both validate your judgement as well help ‘sell’ the candidate to the client.
