Recruitment is a highly competitive marketplace and as a result it can be very difficult to identify genuinely unique sales points around our process or organisation.  Don’t worry unduly about this though – ultimately the unique thing in the sales process is the seller!!  A sales person who actually takes the time to sell effectively will always outperform the seller who fails to do this.  Even in markets where the products and services are the same a great sales person can make their product or service stand out by simply running their processes better than the competition.
