Making your Job Brief a conversation
One problem with a recruiter having a clear idea and process for taking a Job Brief – even
supporting it with a form – is that it can turn the conversation with the Client into an
interrogation rather than a conversation. You should have a structure, you should prepare
before taking a Brief form a Client and we have no problem if you use a form, but ultimately
remember you are talking to a person and so trust your natural interpersonal skills to engage
with them naturally.
