How we helped Navartis
Navartis is a recruitment company which specialises in placing technical professionals in the global transportation, civil engineering and utilities industries.
The company source project delivery personnel for Network Rail and London Underground projects, as well as senior white collar engineers and managers for international rail projects within the Middle East.
Based in Doncaster, Navartis has grown rapidly over recent years, and continue to do so.
Where it began
Enabling Change has worked with Navartis since 2009, initially running in-house training programmes across the business. Keen to capitalise on the success of these sessions, Navartis introduced Enabling Change’s Internal Training Solution in 2010, with the aim of expanding the growth and development of both trainees and existing consultants. This involved delivering regular short training sessions, built around proven principles relevant to the recruitment market. The programme included ongoing support and a comprehensive collection of resources to facilitate the sessions. Navartis continue to utilise these modules as part of their training and best practice within the company.
A key component of Navartis’ growth has been the company’s investment in staff and training. Having experienced a positive response to the Internal Training Solution, the company decided to invest in Enabling Change’s range of public training programmes in order to meet individual needs within the company as and when they arise.
Navartis has also called on Enabling Change to help develop their management team’s skills. As the team has evolved, the company has invested in a second Internal Training Solution programme, which is specifically geared around developing their leaders of the future. The leadership programme employs powerful, proven and practical approaches to help build high-performance teams, giving delegates the strategies they need to become visionary leaders.
Enabling Change has supported Navartis’ consistent growth through a wide ranging selection of activities – most notably by acting as a niche consultant to the business, alongside the creation and delivery of bespoke training programmes tailored to the business’ unique needs and culture.
